Many Web designers/developers use our scripts. While we respect & maintain total confidentiality and shall never contact their Customers directly, we, in return, must insist that the source codes are NOT resold to any other Web designers/developer.
Although we do put in a copyright notice within the external .JS files, Web designers/developers are free to remove this notice if they so desire. However, removal of this notice does not authorise them to claim the scripts to be under their Copyright.
Our Hard coded scripts are unique in nature. To the best of our knowledge, no other DHTML author writes codes the way we do. Therefore, please remember, it would be quite easy for us to identify scripts written by us.

Very often we get requests to modify scripts that are written & copyrighted by others. While we are available for such services, it may please be remembered, we take no responsibility of correcting any inherent defect/bug in such scripts without specific request from the client.
Further, unless the Disclaimer/Copyright notices included in these scripts clearly specify permission to modify or the client can produce documentary evidence that such permission has been obtained from the author/owner, we shall not accept any request to do so from any third party. Our Scripts, Applets, Codes are tested for "safe working" on Standard Browsers available on the date of delivery. But, we can not take any responsibility of compatability on future release browsers. However, in general, all later generation browsers are backward compatible, therefore should not pose a problem. In the event non-compatibility does arise, we shall attempt to release patches - either for Free or on nominal additional payment.
